Mr. Sahib Singh Hayer is a passionate Real Estate enthusiast. He has a background that includes Bachelors in Commerce from Mumbai University, India and a Diploma in Financial Management from Welingkar College, Mumbai. His work experience at his fathers real business gave him a unique opportunity of attention to details and a unique flair towards his work culture methodology. His focus is on identifying the market trend and future opportunities, assembling the correct team-mix to execute a certain project. Identifying key parameters towards the uniqueness of a project. His robust marketing techniques has assisted the Group in communicating its strengths to the market. An astute focus towards innovative financing schemes has assisted in maintaining and sustaining the Group’s leadership towards increasing its market share. His reliance on relationship and trust, has assisted in structuring, operating, and sustaining an idea to its conception.

Mr. Hasmukh Shanklesha
Mr. Hasmukh Shanklesha has a rich experience of over 10 years working as a partner in Shanklesha Ventures and executing projects like Shanklesha Homes, Sun Soman City, Sun Soman Square, Big World, Status all in the Vicinity of Kalyan City. He has a Masters Degree in International Business. Mr. Hasmukh Shanklesha has an overall exposure to high end Residential, Commercial, Township, Affordable Housing and gated community projects. His core competency is Acquiring lands, Redevelopment Projects, Finance ,Design Management, Contracts Management, Budgeting and Cost Management, Quality Management, Health and Safety Management and Site Execution & Hand over.
